Who we are
Audit Me (auditmeshow.com) is produced by Brass Tracks Media, Inc. ("Audit Me," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or apply to appear on the show, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Who this site is for
Audit Me is produced in the United States and this site is directed to United States residents. We do not target the site at residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with separate data protection regimes, and we do not represent that our practices satisfy those regimes. If you access the site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and your information will be processed in the United States.
We do not track you
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking technologies on this site. We do not use cookies to profile you, build an advertising audience, or follow you across other websites. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not disclose it to advertising partners.
Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, as a normal part of operating and securing a website.
Information we collect
Only what you give us. When you submit the guest application form, we collect what you enter — which may include your name, contact information, and details about your financial situation, income, debt, or personal circumstances. You choose what to share; the form does not require anything beyond what is asked.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
How we use it
We use application information to evaluate and select guests, communicate with applicants, and coordinate filming logistics. That is all. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles.
Where it is stored
Applications are collected through Google Forms and stored in Google Drive under an account controlled by Brass Tracks Media, Inc. Access is restricted to named members of the production team. The account uses two-factor authentication, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep application information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — evaluating you as a potential guest and, if you are selected, producing and supporting your episode and meeting the contract, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that come with it. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your application at any time, for any reason, and we will. Email privacy@auditmeshow.com.
Who can access it
Application information is accessible only to the Audit Me production team directly involved in guest selection and production. We do not share it with third parties except: service providers who help us operate the site or process applications, under confidentiality obligations; or where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:
- Know and access — what we collect, why, and who we disclose it to.
- Correct — fix inaccurate information.
- Delete — request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@auditmeshow.com. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days where permitted, with notice to you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@auditmeshow.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days with our decision and the reasons for it. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Categories of information we collect
We collect identifiers (name, email address) and the commercial and financial information you voluntarily submit in an application. We do not collect internet activity information for advertising or analytics purposes, and we do not draw inferences from your browsing for any purpose.
Age
Audit Me is not directed at minors. You must be at least 18 to submit a guest application or otherwise use the site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, contact privacy@auditmeshow.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the show and site evolve. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on this page. If we ever begin using analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy before doing so.
